LESSONS
LESSON/TECHNIQUE OF THIS MONTH
Strabismus (tropia) is a condition in which the eyes are misaligned and do not point in the same direction at the same time. One eye may look straight ahead while the other turns inward, outward, upward, or downward. The misalignment may be constant or intermittent and can affect one or both eyes.
Strabismus is often accompanied by several other conditions, some that may be the cause, as well as the result of the strabismus.
This month we are covering the protocol designed to help you release this - rather complex - condition. If you do not have strabismus, be aware that this protocol addresses not only the physical aspect of the turning eye, but also amblyopia, double vision and other conditions that may either accompany the strabismus from the start or emerge on the way to clear seeing.
Happy New Year! Enjoy the lesson and may your eyesight be boundless.

MINDFULNESS FOR BETTER SEEING
Palming Meditation for the Acceptance of the Source of Clear Seeing Power Within You
Five Point Eyes Acupressure Massage and Palming with Anna Bambridge of Embodied Vision
Palming meditation for grounding yourself in your surroundings, and for bringing calmness to the eyes, the mind and the whole body.
Short relaxation focusing on the clarity of the lens.
An active process enabling relaxation of the body from head to toes. It promotes the proper circulation of energy and blood - and therefore nutrients - into the eyes.
Our brain is responsible for about 90% of seeing. It interprets all the visual signals that our eyes send it. It is flexible, pliable and capable of miraculous adjustments. It reacts to our thoughts, emotions and the images it is exposed to. It does not differentiate between what is conscious or unconscious, what is real or imagined. It reacts to them equally. Please allow yourself the time to connect with your brain and to show it the seeing you desire.
