The technique of Empty Spaces is one that creates relaxation at mid to far distances. By doing so, it provides the eyes and the brain the opportunity to place themselves within a larger space, to create a central focus point within the context of the surroundings.

While this technique is best suited for those with myopia (especially high diopter myopia), its principles and the way it is practiced positively impact many other conditions. So do not shy away from testing it out, whether you are myopic, suffer from double vision, are dealing with the cataract or any other condition.
