The Pinhole Lens is most likely the widest spread occlusion lens. It is also the most misunderstood and therefore frowned upon.

Most use it as a simple replacement for glasses. Unfortunately, such usage rarely help the wearer’s vision. Add intention, focus, memory, imagination or any combination of the above and you have a winner in your hands - a tool that quickly and simply shows your brain that the eyes are getting a clear signal and that a clear interpretation should therefore follow.

In addition to clarity at a new distance, this lesson provides instructions for how to use the Pinhole Lens for activating the areas of the eyes with limited ability to see. Judging from my own experience with clients, the technique may improve visibility and awareness for the eyes with puckers, ruptures and even the cataract.

I wish you lots of fun with this technique.

May your eyesight be boundless.
