Movement is what drives life and movement also enables good vision.

There are two critical eye movements that our eyes and brain perform in order for us to continuously see and to do so effortlessly. These movements are the saccades and smooth pursuit. In this lesson we focus on increasing their speed and precision through the practice of three different techniques.

To complement these techniques, the relaxation practice makes sure that you see opposite relative movement with both eyes.

Enjoy!
