Balls are the tools that bring fun to vision practice. In addition to their ability to drive focus and attention, they bring movement, playfulness into one’s routine and take some of the seriousness off the tasks at hand.

In this month’s practice we highlight many visual skills that can be gained through ball play and we bring your attention to the techniques that develop them. If you need to learn any of the techniques, please refer to the lessons that teach them fully and in detail.

Now, grab some balls and let’s have a ball!
