Good binocular vision is the ultimate goal of most students of vision improvement. It is the gate to 3D vision, to precise judgement of distance and speed. In this month’s lesson we will be practicing several selected techniques that have been taught in prior lessons. We will spend ample time on each of them in order to give your binocular vision a solid boost.

Anyone can join the practice, even those students who are currently working on activating an amblyopic eye or making corrections for strabismus. You may not do great, but you will continue the improvement of your skills and you will be reminded of what comes ahead.

To keep the lesson interesting, I have chosen a variety of techniques that help with binocular vision from different angles. I hope you enjoy the practice.

May your eyesight be boundless!

AUDIO GUIDED PRACTICE
(TECHNIQUE OF THE MONTH)

This month’s lesson is a practice session, not a new technique teaching lesson. Therefore, no audio guide has been prepared. You may look for audio guidance within the individual lessons that teach the techniques included here.

If you feel like an audio guide would be useful for a part of the lesson, send a note via the Forum and we can discuss the best approach.
