Clarity of seeing is the most desired skill. For most people it is the ultimate goal of their vision training efforts.
So this lesson focuses on just that. Adessing the most common errors of refraction, this in-depth practice goes back to the basics. To the practice of Tromboning, Figure eight, and the work with the Snellen chart - undeniably one of the best feedback tools available for the purpose.
This is an intense, full lesson. Be kind to your eyes. When practicing, take breaks as often as you need. Pause the lesson and adjust the practice speed to your abilities. Do not overstress your vision. Inch towards clarity if larger jumps bring no progress. If you encounter difficulties, seek help in the lessons that teach and address the techniques at hand.
I wish you and your eyes to be boundless.
