This month’s lesson is about an illusion, about seeing what is actually not real, but what is one of the behaviors of our visual system that makes it relaxed and that provides us with clearer vision. In this practice session we focus on the awareness of relative movement. We go deep into the practice of the long swing and the sway and we finish with stepping up our ability to see opposite movement and practicing a more complex version of it, the variable swing.
We have lessons dedicated to the explanation of all these techniques inside Boundless Eyesight, so if you need help beyond what is provided in this practice session, please seek help there.
This lesson is about movement and full of movement, it should be fun and relaxing. However, if this is where your vision struggles, take it a step at a time, use long breaks to relax, engage your visualization or simply just practice with your eyes closed and enjoy the movement of the body first.
I wish you and your eyes to be boundless.

This image shows why you should see an object closer to you travel a larger distance than an object that is further away and closer to your point of focus.
