You have so much to gain!
— Irena Castle, your coach

Let’s start by addressing two questions that are likely on your mind

  1. What? I can improve my vision?

  2. What does juggling have to do with it?

The short answers are 1. “Yes”, and 2. “It gets you going full speed because it is fun”.

Yes, there is a way to make your vision return

It requires NO harsh intervention, no surgeries, no vision aids, not even eye exercises.

Opposite to conventional beliefs, vision can be protected, improved, even fully restored. It is because vision is a skill and as such, it can be learned.

Whether you are troubled by:

- nearsightedness (myopia),

- farsightedness (hyperopia),

- aging eyesight (presbyopia),

- double vision (diplopia),

- lazy eye (amblyopia),

- turning eye (strabismus),

- distorted vision (astigmatism),

- dry eyes, or

- any other negative vision symptoms,

your symptoms can lessen and good vision can reappear.

Do you dream of seeing farther away? Closer in? Seeing in 3D? Never needing your glasses and contacts again? Thousands of people have learned how to do it and so can you.

Your eyesight is just a few steps away from being what you want it to be. That is if you can forget what you have been told about the potential of your vision and instead open your mind to a new approach, learn it and practice.

This is where jugging comes in

OUCH!? Now I almost lost you with the last word. PRACTICE. All joking aside, practicing is the one thing that keeps you from better seeing. Most people find the time to learn. They allow themselves to believe that better vision is possible. And then they utterly fail in taking any action that would give them the vision that they want.
And that is where juggling comes in. It is easy, playful, fun and it draws you in like hardly any other game. You can juggle anywhere. You need no one but yourself and after a short time you can even show off to spark a good conversation with current or new friends (whom you will once again be able to see).

Most importantly, you can use juggling to teach yourself the visual skills that you need to learn.

Learning vision improvement through juggling achieves a few important things:

  • PRINCIPLES

You will learn and embrace the principles of natural vision improvement, as the requirements of vision improvement are in many ways identical to those of a successful juggling practice.

  • PROCESS

You will experience the process of vision improvement, including several important techniques. And you will do so with excitement.

  • PRACTICE

You will establish a practice routine that you can’t wait to follow - the #1 requirement for your vision to get better.

“I really enjoyed the challenge. I found it to be a lot of fun. I practiced very regularly after my morning walk.”

- ESTHER FRIESEN

A sought after vision coach and a less than average juggler

Now, while I bet the reason you are reading this is that you got excited about playing with balls, my goal is for you to improve your vision. That is what I can guide you towards. I am really good at that. In fact, because of my unique approaches to the task at hand, I am one of the most sought after coaches of eyesight development out there. I support people like yourself in the process of relearning to see. I also help athletes to develop visual skills needed for better performance in their sports. I partner with ophthalmologists, optometrists, vision therapists and neuro vision doctors in the quest of solving visual problems of their patients. I invent tools that make vision improvement effective.

I have taught vision skills to thousands of people, young, old, those who have worn glasses for a long time and those who have reached for their very first readers just weeks before working with me. And they have all experienced improvement.

However, I completely lack talent for ball-hand coordination. Don’t get me wrong, I am athletic, a long distance runner, decent swimmer, average skier, I just cannot mind the ball with my hands.

So, while this is not the first time I am leading this class, you will likely believe that it is.

What?! Then how am I going to teach you how to juggle? Will it work?

I will teach you step by step, and yes, it will work. As I said earlier, my goal is for you to improve the quality of your eyesight. Juggling is just the means to get you there. I just need to show you the steps.

For a successful vision development experience it is as beneficial to keep the balls in the air as it is to drop them and pick them up off the ground. It all teaches you valuable principles and visual skills.

Boost your eyesight, boost your ego

So trust me, it will be one of the most fun things you have done in a long time.

If you juggle better than me, which is likely, you will not only see better, but it will also boost your ego.

If not, you will still learn new vision techniques while knowing that you are not alone in your clumsiness. :)

After all, letting go of trying to be perfect is what actually leads to progress. Both in juggling and in eyesight skills.

Oh, the positive gains you will experience! Sooooooooooooooooo worth it!

Among the benefits that are expected to accompany your juggling practice are:

  • Learning about vision improvement in a completely natural way, no interventions

  • Building a foundation of good vision habits

  • Embracing the process needed to regain better eyesight

  • Establishing a practice routine that will make better vision possible

  • Experiencing the best eyesight you have had in a long time

Schedule and time commitment

So how will it work?

  • 4 WEEKS

    August 11- September 11, 2025

Finally, on Fridays we will get together live for extra practice and for me to answer questions about the vision building techniques taught that week. The Q&As will begin at 2pm EST.

Source: post-program survey

“The frequent short sessions made me accountable. Slowly adding a new task and building a foundation helped me be successful in juggling and my vision improvement tasks.”

- PARTICIPANT

Why will it work?

“I already knew several habits from other vision improvement classes or courses taken over the past several years. My issue was to keep doing something daily! Tying a vision practice with juggling is a good rule.”

- CARRIE MORRIS

From the perspective of vision, the engagement of your eyes, brain and body in this very fluid manner will promote relaxation and make new skill learning easier.

From the perspective of building consistency of practice, there are a few reasons why this will work.

First, it is easy to engage with something that is fun

You can make it a family event, or something you do with your friends.

The kick off session will give you tools that will help you get through the toughest moments.

You will see results fast, which will make you excited, and cause your body to release dopamine, which will then make you want to do more of this over and over again!

Before you say: “I can’t”

No matter what your physical ability is, you can do this. Past events accommodated participants of all ages and abilities, men and women, some in their 30s, others 70+ ! Granted, you may not make it onto the world juggling stage (neither did our participants, and nor did the coach), but that is not a reason to stay behind. You are here to improve your vision, to practice correctly, and consistently. It does not matter where you start and where you end. You can even juggle in a sitting position if you must. In fact, you do not have to juggle at all, you can just choose to use the balls for the benefit of your brain and eyes. Even if you play with one training ball, you will get results.

Sounds really good?

Come have fun. Improve your vision. You have nothing to lose and much to gain. So sign up and let’s see!
